RATE SALES CONDITIONS

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

1. Customers are reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The sales conditions of the reserved rate specify the terms for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.

3. Pre-paid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is mentioned in the sales conditions of the rate.

4. When the sales conditions of the reserved rate allow:

reservation cancellations can be made directly on the Website or mobile services via the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
reservation modifications can be made directly with the hotel, whose telephone details are provided on the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In the event of a stay being interrupted by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For reservations with prepayment, no refund will be granted in such cases.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room before 12:00 PM on the day the reservation ends. Failure to do so will result in an additional night's charge.

7. All reservations are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
